The day you get your first tattoo is always the hardest. You wonder if it is going to hurt, if you are getting the right one, and if the placement is what you really want. All in all, I think my decision suited me just fine. I love chest tattoos, so I decided to get my first tattoo in that area. It wasn't an easy decision, and I'll tell you right now, my family did not accept it lightly. The tattoo I got, is a Lord of the Rings elvish tattoo. For those of you who do not understand what that is, it is the language of the elves. Mine reads, "Not all those who wander are lost", from the book by J.R.R. Tolkien, "The Fellowship of the Ring". The entire statement reads, “All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crown less again shall be king.” I have really enjoyed displaying my love for the masterpiece of the Lord of the Rings and will continue to do so for the rest of my being. I hope you all enjoy how it has turned out, so far.

The Day Love Began...
1-12-13 to be exact! My friends set us up to hang out and see a movie, I picked the movie of course. Rise of the Guardians, it's a kids movie, but hey we all still have a kid inside of us. It went really well and let's just say by the end of the night, we were head over heels for each other! It's sort of a funny situation because, well, we already sort of knew each other to begin with. Edgar went to every school I have attended, and is friends with my sister, Magenta. I had a few classes with him and we spoke sometimes, but I never really thought about dating him. I did, however, think he was a pretty kawaii young fellow. I'm glad things turned out how they did. He is everything I could ever ask for in a guy. Sweet, Charming, a little Gentlemen, EVERYTHING! He handles me at my worst, and loves me at my best <3
"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get"
Growing up I haven't had a very easy life. My mother hasn't been a part of my life since I was a baby, so my dad had to take care of me and my sister. Being a single father isn't easy when you have two girls. We had our rough times, and we had our amazing times, but even then things were still bumpy. I was never that great in school, it put a lot of pressure on me and my father. By the year 2011, everything started to get a little better. I switched schools and met up with old friends and new teachers who pushed me to do right. I still ran into trouble, but I found ways to get out of them all. It wasn't until my senior year of school that my life was completely changed. My obasan (grandma), Kikuko, helped me get through life and school pretty well. I appreciate her for pushing me to do well in my classes and ending up becoming an honor student my second semester of my senior year. She's like my mom. I honestly thought this would never happen and that I could accomplish that good of grades in a whole year. You never know I guess.
